Option B · Pexels #7904477. Happy doctor, warm smile, white coat. Not at camera. Also excellent, a slightly softer mood.
Option C · Pexels #12599544. Doctor in a warm patient consultation at a clinic desk. More 'conversation' than a big smile, but it's the on-brand 'doctors and patients talking' shot.
My rec: A (the biggest, warmest smile). B is a close second. C is the doctor+patient consultation if you want a two-person interaction. All royalty-free under the Pexels license.
